Wilwood’s Tru-Bar balance bar system is now available in a Reverse Swing mount pedal with a 5:1 ratio. Tru-Bar pedals utilize a fixed trunnion bearing in the pedal arm, with spherical rod-end bearing pushrod attachments. They provide ultimate precision, control, and adjustment of the brake bias on race prepped vehicles. The new Tru-Bar pedals utilize the same chassis and master cylinder mounting as all Wilwood balance bar style pedals. A stronger and larger diameter 7/16-20 bar provides quicker adjustment and features a shouldered 3/8″ diameter end to attach the standard remote adjuster cable to deliver professional, championship caliber performance. FNSL6R kits are engineered application specific for simplified installation and full compatibility with OE master cylinder output and ABS functions where used. The Superlite 4R caliper series is the benchmark in asphalt short track, late model, modified and open wheel competition. It also enjoys prominence in a variety of road-race, rally and sport driving applications. The new FSL4R model series is the latest innovation to this Superlite family of calipers. It has been redesigned with internal fluid ports that eliminate the external fluid cross-over tubes. The transfer tube has been replaced with two additional bleed screw assemblies which allow symmetrical piston bore models to be mounted either right or left in a leading or trailing position. Differential bore models still require left hand and right hand orientation, but no leading or trailing configuration is necessary.

Wilwood’s Pro Street Series Fixed Mount Rotor Hats have a long standing reputation for fit, performance, and durability. HD Series hats are manufactured from premium grade aluminum alloys offering high strength, low weight, and show quality appeal. HD hats have not only been a mainstay in many of Wilwood’s racing disc brake conversion kits, but they can cover a range of applications from an OE four lug axle shaft to a Grand-National stock car racing hub. Pro Street hats feature a straight bell construction with a flanged rotor mount ring, with through holes for use with threaded-hole, 8 x 7.62 mount rotors. These features combine to provide maximum radial clearance between the caliper body and the hat. This can be a critical factor when trying to squeeze a large caliper inside a small wheel. Many hats offer multi-lug wheel patterns for added versatility. Some hats can be ordered blank for custom axle building and other unique applications.
Remote Reservoir Compact Master Cylinders are the perfect solution for club sport racers, small open wheel cars, or any other custom application where there is limited space for the master cylinder and fluid reservoir. Aluminum cylinders designed for use with either a detachable or remote fill reservoir. Available in four bore sizes from .625″ to .813″ with a full 1.4″ of stroke to accommodate short pedal ratios, small brake calipers, and hydraulic clutch actuation on space limited application.
Wilwood’s new DynaPro Honda/Acura Caliper (DPHA) for Honda and Acura models originally equipped with 262mm diameter rotors. These calipers bolt directly to the stock mounts on factory spindles, fit over the OE 262mm diameter rotor, accept the OE brake hose, and clear many factory aluminum wheels including the EM1 Si 15″ wheel. Designed around Wilwood’s proven DynaPro series four piston calipers, the forged billet bodied DPHA caliper delivers high-strength clamping force and positive stopping power. Four stainless steel pistons provide fully balanced pad loading, along with the corrosion resistance and thermal retardant qualities of the stainless alloy that will keep your calipers cooler and running trouble free for many more miles. Calipers work perfectly with the OE master cylinder and ABS functions, and are available with either black or red high-gloss, high-temp, brake fluid resistant sealed powder coat and feature Wilwood’s signature logo.
The DynaPro Single (DPS) billet caliper is the newest generation of calipers available as an upgrade or replacement for applications previously using the Dynalite Single (DLS) series. DPS calipers combine superior strength with performance enhancements to make these the best “Dyna” series calipers ever.
Wilwood’s Tactical Extreme TX6R Big Brake kits are ultimate in braking performance for Truck, SUV and Armored Vehicles. Using TX6R radial mount six-piston calipers and massive 15.00″ to 16.00″ GT-60 directional vane Spec-37 alloy rotors, these kits deliver consistent stopping power and extreme duty durability under sustained high heat with this ready to bolt-on kit. The calipers are volume matched for compatibility with original equipment power brake system output. Kits include radial mount caliper brackets, and all the necessary hardware to complete the installation. Braided stainless steel flex lines will need to be purchased for some applications.
D8-6 calipers are a direct bolt-on replacement for the OE calipers on all 1965-82 Corvettes. Forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and high-temperature seals put an end to the rust, bore pitting and seal failures that plague the OE caliper design. D8-6 calipers provide low-maintenance performance, a huge weight savings, high temperature reliability, and the added benefit of six piston pad clamping power. D8-6 calipers mount in the stock location over stock rotors, use the original style D8 brake pads, and fit snugly inside most ’67 or newer production wheels. Some wheels, including the 1965-66 OE “JK” code steel wheels and a few aftermarket replica alloy wheels, will require a 3/16″ or wider wheel spacer for clearance. Kits contain DOT compliant stainless braided brake lines and BP-10 compound “Smart Pads”.

A sleek profile with superior strength and a fully detail machined finish provide the performance and looks for competition or show.
Combination hydro-mechanical Parking Brake calipers use hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder for stopping power, and an internal mechanical lock within the caliper for a parking brake. CPB kits are built primarily for front wheel drive vehicles, and select rear wheel drive axles that are not well suited for internal shoe style parking brakes. The calipers are coupled with oversized two-piece rotor assemblies with aluminum hats and high friction BP-10 compound pads. CPB kits provide the correct balanced brake performance and matching style to compliment front big brake upgrade kits.
For custom, show and high performance sport driving, SRP rotors offer the high tech look and improved performance of a directional cross-drill and face slot pattern. In addition to the aesthetic appeal, the venting and cleaning action of the hole and slot pattern helps to reduce pad glaze and minimize irregular pad build-up on the rotor faces. The results are a smoother engagement feel at the pedal and consistent response from the pads. Each rotor is precision machined to less than .001 tolerance for overall flatness, parallelism, and radial run-out on long grain carbon iron castings. The rotors are finished with a black electro coat to provide corrosion resistance.
