Ultra-Light ULHP-32 straight vane rotors provide an excellent balance of efficient cooling and lower rotating mass on hard braking dirt tracks or rear axle service on pavement cars. UL rotors are cast from premium grade, long grain carbon iron for long wear, high thermal stability, and resistance to distortion. ULHP-32 rotors offered the added performance and smoother operation of precision turned faces with less than .001″ variation in flatness, parallelism, or run-out.
Wilwood’s new DynaPro Honda/Acura Caliper (DPHA) for Honda and Acura models originally equipped with 262mm diameter rotors. These calipers bolt directly to the stock mounts on factory spindles, fit over the OE 262mm diameter rotor, accept the OE brake hose, and clear many factory aluminum wheels including the EM1 Si 15″ wheel. Designed around Wilwood’s proven DynaPro series four piston calipers, the forged billet bodied DPHA caliper delivers high-strength clamping force and positive stopping power. Four stainless steel pistons provide fully balanced pad loading, along with the corrosion resistance and thermal retardant qualities of the stainless alloy that will keep your calipers cooler and running trouble free for many more miles. Calipers work perfectly with the OE master cylinder and ABS functions, and are available with either black or red high-gloss, high-temp, brake fluid resistant sealed powder coat and feature Wilwood’s signature logo.
AERO6 calipers were designed for the specific purpose of providing big capacity braking with large diameter rotors for heavy weight and extreme duty vehicles. For cars, it’s the biggest of the big providing big brake performance for show and dual purpose street and track vehicles. For trucks and SUV’s, it provides big stopping power for towing, off-road, and enhanced braking with wheel and tire upgrades. Kits listed for specific vehicles are fully compatible with OE master cylinder output and ABS function. Directional staggered vane 14.00″ to 14.25″rotors provide maximum cooling for sustained high heat durability.

FNSL6R kits are engineered application specific for simplified installation and full compatibility with OE master cylinder output and ABS functions where used. Big brake kits provide increased brake capacity and complimentary style with wheel, tire, and suspension upgrades on show cars and high performance street/track machines. Optional caliper finishes and rotor designs simplify personalizing the style and braking requirements of any application.
Wilwood’s Tactical Extreme TX6R Big Brake kits are ultimate in braking performance for Truck, SUV and Armored Vehicles. Using TX6R radial mount six-piston calipers and massive 15.00″ to 16.00″ GT-60 directional vane Spec-37 alloy rotors, these kits deliver consistent stopping power and extreme duty durability under sustained high heat with this ready to bolt-on kit. The calipers are volume matched for compatibility with original equipment power brake system output. Kits include radial mount caliper brackets, and all the necessary hardware to complete the installation. Braided stainless steel flex lines will need to be purchased for some applications.
The Superlite caliper series is the benchmark in short track, late model, modified and open wheel competition. It also enjoys prominence in a variety of road-race, off-road, rally and sport driving applications. The new FSLI model series is the latest innovation to this Superlite family of calipers. It has been redesigned with internal fluid ports that eliminate the external fluid cross-over tubes, along with any potential problems that could arise from a damaged tube. The transfer tube has been replaced with two additional bleed screw assemblies which allows this group of symmetrical piston bore models to be mounted either right or left in a leading or trailing position.
The Forged Narrow Superlite 4R (FNSL4R) is our newest version for the venerable Superlite caliper series adds the versatility and convenience of radial mounting to this widely popular caliper group. Radial mounting simplifies adaptation and provides two planes of adjustment for accurate alignment over the disc. These calipers integrate “Big Brake” style with Wilwood’s latest technology to generate big stopping power in extreme environments over a broad range of vehicle applications.
Combination Remote Master Cylinders offer six different bore sizes and four different installation configurations that are available with this master cylinder kit. Precision machined from high strength aluminum, this kit includes both small and large size reservoirs which can be mounted directly on the master cylinder or remotely mounted for more convenient service access. Standard mounting bolt hole configurations provide easy applications for racing and off road vehicles, specialty cars, recreation and industrial vehicles.
Wilwood’s Tandem Aluminum Master Cylinder is available in 2 bore sizes 1.00″ and 1-1/8″; and 3 finishes, plain, ball burnished and black e-coat. 7/8″ bore master cylinders are designed primarily for manual applications and include a pushrod. The 1″ bore can be used in manual and power assisted applications and does not come with a pushrod. The 1-1/8″ bore is designed for use primarily with power brake applications, either from vacuum assist or hydraulic assist systems. They’re designed for mount flanges from 3.22″ to 3.40″, common measurements for most domestic cars and trucks from the mid 1960s to present, and offer fluid outlet ports on both sides of the bore. The stroke is set at 1.10″ with a volume ratio of 2:1 between the primary and secondary chambers. Machined from high-pressure die castings, each master cylinder weighs only 3lbs, a 75% weight savings over most cast iron OE type master cylinders. We also offer a our combination proportioning valve kit, which includes brackets and stainless lines specifically for use with these master cylinders, see PN 260-13190, or 220-13189 for retrofit kit.
Wilwood’s D154 Front Caliper Kit is a direct bolt-on 1 or 2 piston, lightweight, high-strength, extreme duty alternative to the OE cast iron “Metric” calipers that were used on a wide range of factory disc brake equipped mid size GM cars and small trucks beginning in 1978. Use of this caliper can still be found on some GM models as late as the year 2002. Forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and competition style high-temperature seals put an end to the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures that plague the OE caliper design. D154 calipers provide low-maintenance performance and a huge weight savings with high temperature reliability for the street and track. D154 calipers mount in the stock location over stock rotors; use the original style OE D154 brake pads and an OE M10-1.5 banjo bolt brake line mounting. D154 Calipers can be used with most wheels that clear the OE calipers. The front calipers with 2.50″ piston provide 4.90 square inches of piston area per caliper, in order to maintain the original front to rear brake bias and use of the OE master cylinder. The D154 is also available in a two piston version with 1.62 pistons, offering 4.12 square inches of area. Kits contain Wilwood’s hardened slide pins and BP-10 high friction pads. Matching rear calipers are also available for custom installations. Custom stainless steel brake lines are also available.
Wilwood bearings are manufactured to the highest specifications. With the strictest tolerances to insure the highest performance and long life. Individual race (cup) and Bearing (cone) bearings are available for purchase separately.
Wilwood’s new Billet Aluminum Master Cylinder Fluid Reservoir provides a stylish and durable 4 ounce reservoir that is manufactured from billet aluminum. These reservoirs can be direct mounted to Wilwood’s Compact Remote Master Cylinder body utilizing the internally threaded reservoir support with the 11/16-20 thread adapter (Part # 220-12943) or as remote mount reservoir using the mounting bracket and 3/8-24 thread -3 AN fluid connector adapter (Part # 220-12942), available separately . Stainless steel flexlines in various lengths are available separately for remote mounting. Reservoir kit assembly includes Billet aluminum cap and seal. If replacing the stock master cylinder, additional brake line plumbing may be required.

The formulation for this alloy is a derivative of technology and materials that were significant in the development of the extreme duty military spec rotors that are manufactured by Wilwood. Every Spec 37 rotor is precision machined to less than .001″ run-out, flatness, and parallelism. Combined with our proven GT Series asymmetrical face slot pattern and individual dynamic balancing, you are assured the smoothest, vibration free performance at any speed. These rotors provide the highest cooling capacity and longest service life for extreme braking short tracks and road course competition.
Superlite 4R four piston radial mount rear caliper kits add big brake stopping power and style to any 1997-2013 C5 or C6 Corvette rear suspension. These caliper kits mount in the stock location and replace the OE calipers on all models that have been updated with 13.00″ rotors from the 2005-09 C6 Z51 models. Superlite 4R calipers incorporate race proven technology in a high strength, center bridge reinforced forged body design. They provide positive and confident pedal response that is matched to the OE master cylinder output and fully compatible with the ABS system. BP-20 dual-sport compound Smart Pads provide clean and quiet driving on the street, with improved friction and high temperature fade resistance for auto-cross and other sport driving applications.
Forged billet DynaPro four piston calipers and high performance BP-10 compound pads generate high clamping power with firm pedal response for this group of specialized rear axle brake kits. These kits retain full function of the OE parking brake and provide complimentary performance and style with front big brake upgrades. Caliper piston sizes are selected to provide balanced rear bias ratios using the output from the OE master cylinder. Rear rotor and hat combinations are engineered specific to each vehicle to provide brake performance upgrades and precise fit with the mounting of the DynaPro calipers.
