The DynaPro Single Lightweight (DPS-LW) billet caliper is the newest generation of calipers available as an upgrade or replacement for applications previously using the Dynalite Single (DLS) series. DPS-LW calipers combine superior strength with performance enhancements to make these the best “Dyna” series calipers ever. Lightweight design insures sufficient clearance in tight situations like Sprint Car front ends.
Wilwood’s Tactical Extreme TX6R Big Brake rear kits are ultimate in braking performance for Truck, SUV and Armored Vehicles. Using TX6R radial mount six-piston calipers and massive 15.00″ to 16.00″ GT-60 directional vane Spec-37 alloy rotors, these kits deliver consistent stopping power and extreme duty durability under sustained high heat with this ready to bolt-on kit. The calipers are volume matched for compatibility with original equipment power brake system output. TX6R rear kits replace the factory disc brakes and use the OE parking brake assembly as a compliment to front big brake upgrades. Kits include radial mount caliper brackets, and all the necessary hardware to complete the installation. Braided stainless steel flex lines will need to be purchased for some applications.
Forged Narrow Superlite 4R four piston calipers are combined with BP-10 compound pads and 12.88″ rotors in this group of big brake kits for custom high performance street and show machines. This group of specialized kits for Import Cars retain full use of the OE parking brake, master cylinder output, and ABS where used. FNSL4R rear kits provide complimentary style and performance with 13″ and larger front brake upgrades in conjunction with wheel, tire, and suspension upgrades. Optional caliper finishes and rotor designs enable the builder to match style and performance on all applications.
Wilwood’s Classic Series front disc brake kits for 1965 to 1969 Ford Mustangs offer disc brake upgrade solutions for OEM drum or disc spindles. These kits feature the FDL-M four piston forged aluminum caliper and 11.30″ diameter x 0.94″ thick one-piece rotors. The FDL-M caliper is a modified version of the time-tested Forged Dynalite caliper, and provides the greatest amount of wheel clearance of any four piston caliper in its size class. The OEM style one-piece cast iron rotors with integrated hubs simplify installation while providing superb dimensional stability and wear resistance. These versatile kits are easily optioned to suit the braking requirements and style preferences for a daily driver or the most discriminating show enthusiast. Intended vehicle applications require no modifications for installation, and clear most 14″ OEM disc brake wheels. Kits will not fit OEM drum brake wheels. Classic Series FDL-M kits can be used with either manual or power boost master cylinders, and come complete with calipers, rotors, brackets, hardware, flex lines and detailed installation instructions.
FSLI4 and FSLI4/ST calipers provide the pad wear performance advantages of differential bore pistons with the option for ultimate heat protection using Thermlock pistons in the ST models. Differential piston bores compensate for leading-edge mechanical loading and temperature variances across the pad face to reduce pad taper wear in sustained high temperature applications. Thermlock pistons in the ST models block heat transfer from the pads and reduce temperatures in the caliper, fluid, and seals by up to 25% over standard stainless steel pistons. These are the go-to calipers for all types sustained hard braking on dirt and asphalt ovals and a wide range of off-road, rally and road course applications.

The Forged Billet Dynalite Internal is the next generation enhancement of the venerable Forged Dynalite series calipers. Designed with a single split bridge and spacer less design to enhance strength and appearance. These latest applied developments and innovations in caliper design and manufacturing processes have resulted in substantial improvements in strength and performance over all comparable models. This new spacer-less design of the Forged Dynalite series of calipers, makes this the stiffest and most visual pleasing design so far.
Steel rotors have applications in all types of motorsports. Steel rotors provide a durable lightweight option in applications where sustained temperatures remain in the low to moderate range, and high heat spikes are only observed on an intermittent basis. This could be anything from a hard stopping drag race car at the end of a quarter mile, or a high speed stock car coming in from a qualifier at a super speedway. Steel rotors can also be found in lighter weight open wheel cars such as sprints and modifieds, and a variety of light weight, open wheel road course racers. A special alloy and proprietary manufacturing processes give these rotors high resistance to thermal distortion with excellent friction and wear characteristics against the pads.
Dynalite-GT front brake kits with Spec37 alloy GT-72 rotors and new formula BP-20 Smart Pads deliver rotor and driver friendly driving on the street, with extended duty range for auto-cross and on-track driving events. Kit Features: Engineered for dual-purpose street and track applications equipped with 15″ wheels and fully compatible with the OE hydraulics and ABS controls. This valve can be used as a brake shut-off. When energized, the valve will block pressure from reaching downstream. The valve does not prevent fluid from returning to the master cylinder. This eliminates the possibility of trapping pressure when activating the valve. Requires a 12 Volt, 5 amp (recommended) fused power source through a toggle switch. Warning: Not a line lock assembly. The Forged Narrow Superlite 6R (FNSL6R) is our newest version for the venerable Superlite caliper series adds the versatility and convenience of radial mounting to this widely popular caliper group. Radial mounting simplifies adaptation and provides two planes of adjustment for accurate alignment over the disc. These calipers integrate “Big Brake” style with Wilwood’s latest technology to generate big stopping power in extreme environments over a broad range of vehicle applications.
Wilwood’s D52 Rear Caliper Kit offers a matching rear replacement option for our front D52 calipers. It is a direct bolt-on 2-piston replacement for the factory original single piston calipers used on many custom application rears. With the added benefit of smaller rear piston sizing (2.46 sq-inches of area) not normally available in OEM calipers, for correct front and rear bias. Forged billet aluminum bodies, stainless steel pistons, and competition style high-temperature seals put an end to the rust, bore pitting, and seal failures that plague the OE caliper design. D52 calipers provide low-maintenance performance and a huge weight savings with high temperature reliability for the street and track. D52 calipers mount in the stock location over stock rotors, use the original style OE D52 brake pads and an OE 7/16-20 banjo bolt brake line mounting. Calipers can be used with most wheels that clear the OE calipers. Kits contain Wilwood’s hardened slide pins and BP-10 high friction pads. Matching rear calipers are also available for custom installations.
