AERO6 calipers were designed for the specific purpose of providing big capacity braking with large diameter rotors for heavy weight and extreme duty vehicles. For cars, it’s the biggest of the big providing big brake performance for show and dual purpose street and track vehicles. For trucks and SUV’s, it provides big stopping power for towing, off-road, and enhanced braking with wheel and tire upgrades. This swinging mount pedal assembly mounts two single outlet brake master cylinders in a reverse position inside the firewall. It features a lightweight aluminum frame, with a high strength reinforced I-Beam style forged 6.25:1 ratio pedal arm. The non-skid waffled pedal pad can be laterally adjusted for driver preference or clearance as necessary. The balance bar incorporates a positive detent stop every full turn to maintain adjustment position and driver awareness. A pin and clevis pushrod attachment system provides highest possible degree of misalignment angle for bind free operation through the entire range of travel. The balance bar can be locked in place with the included jam nut, or used with an optional remote cable for quick on-track adjustments. Forged Billet Aluminum Vented Rotor Offset Hubs are made from premium grade alloy billets are forged into shape under high heat and pressure, then CNC machined for precise fit on each spindle application. Wilwood has packaged the popular Aluminum Tandem Chamber Master Cylinder with the Combination Proportioning Valve, mounting bracket, fluid tubes and mounting hardware in a kit. Tandem Master Cylinder represents the latest in refinements in brake pressure actuation and fluid control. The slotted flange mounting makes it a simple bolt on for many OE mounts including the popular Chrysler, Corvette, GM, and Ford Mustang bolt patterns and is compatible with manual or power brake system applications. Master cylinders are available in four bores sizes, 7/8″, 15/16″, 1.00″ or 1-1/8″, and three finishes, standard, ball burnished or black E-coat. The combination proportioning valve substantially simplifies wiring and brake proportioning adjustments on vehicles with custom brake systems. The combination block maintains full isolation between front and rear fluid circuits and is specifically designed to accompany the Tandem Chamber Master Cylinder. The combo valve and bracket are black E-coated for a performance look and long lasting durability. Stainless steel fluid tubes are precision bent with preinstalled stainless tube nuts for a simple bolt-on installation between the Combination Proportioning Valve and the Wilwood Tandem Master Cylinder. Stainless steel button head fasteners thread into the bracket for a simple installation and years of durable, rust-free performance. Simply connect the fluid lines, bleed the system, and you’re finished.
